The location of the hotel is excellent, adjacent to a great pub, the hikes depending on the day's weather and time to spend, and many restaurants. Really friendly staff contributes to create special atmosphere.

The hotel was located near the rail station and the town center of Windermere as well as all shops. The food provided for breakfast was tasty. A nice size units s in the bedrooms, appreciated it.

The staff are accommodating and the room is airy and good sized. Glad to have iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment, and a TV set. The hotel is in the central location close to all the shops and restaurants.

Lovely place. Nice staff and management. Pretty building and rooms with a beautiful view. Satisfactory breakfasts with fabulous food. Very central location, super base for discovering Windermere.

Great breakfast with a nice food is available. The location is very central, close enough to eateries and supermarkets are located as well as Oxenholme train station. The staff are pretty friendly, giving their best to make the stay a very nice experience.

Booked the room with my family members for 1 night and had a good stay. The staff was excellent and amiable and the host too. I stayed in family king room with a view. The location was lovely and incredible, close to restaurants and pubs.

Our standard room was more than cheap. Central heating, an iron with ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment were important for us. It was in a peaceful and incredible location minutes away from Christian Science Church.

Everything was perfect, had a real good stay in a lively town. Fairly quiet units with a beautiful view, bedroom, as example, and the staff were welcoming!
